Zhejiang Painier Technology Inc. was founded in September 2004 and is located in Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province. As a national high-tech company, it specializes in the R&D, production, and sales of environmentally friendly garden tools powered by internal combustion engines, multi-purpose marine engines for both civilian and military applications, and emergency rescue equipment. It has obtained a range of honors at national, provincial and municipal levels, including national titles of Specialized, Refined, Characteristic and Novel Little Giant Enterprise and Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise; provincial recognitions such as Science and Technology-based SME, Hidden Champion Enterprise, Innovative SME, Famous Brand Product, Famous Export Brand, Demonstration Enterprise of Trademark and Brand and Demonstration Enterprise of Intellectual Property; as well as municipal awards like Quality Management Innovation Award and Green Factory.
The company has established a well-rounded scientific research and innovation platform, housing a number of high-level innovation carriers including the National Outboard Motor R&D Center, Provincial Enterprise Research Institute, Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, Provincial R&D Center, Provincial Industrial Design Center, Provincial Postdoctoral Research Station and Municipal Academician-Expert Workstation. Boasting fruitful technological achievements, it has amassed more than 600 patents of various types in total, among which over 400 are valid (including 29 design patents), along with 10 software copyrights and 16 published professional papers. As a director unit of China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association and its Small Gasoline Engine Branch, a member unit of China Forestry Machinery Association and National Technical Committee for Standardization of Forestry Machinery, and a director unit of National Emergency Rescue Equipment Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance, the company has deeply engaged in the development of industry standards. It has led and participated in the formulation and revision of a total of 79 national, industrial and group standards, and won many honors such as the International Invention Silver Award and National Invention Silver Award.
Covering an area of nearly 80 mu (approx. 5.3 hectares), the company has constructed 120,000 square meters of modern standard workshops, forming large-scale and intensive production capacity. Its annual output capacity includes 1.5 million sets of garden tools, 100,000 sets of outboard motors and 50,000 sets of emergency rescue equipment. The company boasts a strong R&D team, led by 10 senior technical talents including academicians, senior engineers and associate senior engineers, with a dedicated R&D staff of 65 people, laying a solid foundation for technological innovation and product iteration.
